Our new Beta user program
As we were working on considerable changes to Caster, we wanted to ensure the new user flow really works for the day-to-day user.
What did we do?
- Recruited some of our most active Caster users from around the globe to test things out
- We gave ‘testers’ tasks to complete using an early version of Release Creator. We watched their anonymous sessions and shared any challenging moments with our designers and developers.
- We got to know our testers during follow up interviews to better understand how they manage releases at their labels, and to discuss any pain points.
Insights from the beta assisted our team in making final revisions to ensure this new tool meets the needs and demands of our current and future users.
